We specialise in complex repairs and operate workshops fitted with the latest equipment, supporting efficient, high-quality refinishing outcomes.

Where You Fit In

As a Vehicle Prepper, you play a critical role in maintaining finish quality and workflow efficiency.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Masking and preparing vehicles for refinishing
  • Surface preparation and substrate identification
  • Restoring anti-corrosion treatments
  • Mixing undercoat products
  • Supporting overall workshop efficiency

What You Bring

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in a panel shop environment
  • Strong understanding of prep processes
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and team mindset

You understand that great paint starts with great prep.
