MotorOne Autobody operates 20 workshops across the eastern seaboard and continues to grow.

We specialise in complex collision repairs, combining skilled trades with modern paint technology and equipment. Our workshops are purpose-built to deliver consistent, high-quality refinishing outcomes.

Your Spray Booth. Your Standards.

We are seeking a full-time Spray Painter.

You’ll be responsible for delivering consistent colour match and finish quality at the final stage of repair.

Responsibilities include:

  • Applying paint to manufacturer standards
  • Managing prep-to-paint workflow
  • Ensuring high-quality refinishing outcomes
  • Maintaining WH&S compliance
  • Supporting workshop efficiency targets

The Painter We Rate

You’ll need:

  • Cert III in Vehicle Refinishing
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience
  • Strong understanding of modern paint systems
