MotorOne Autobody in 2021 operated 4 sites — 2 in QLD and 2 in VIC — and today operates 20 workshops across the eastern seaboard.

We are a fast-growing collision repair business specialising in complex vehicle repairs. Technology-led and quality-driven, our workshops are fitted with the latest equipment to support efficient, high-standard repairs.

Your Bay. Your Standard.

MotorOne Autobody is looking for a full-time Panel Beater.

You’ll carry out quality structural and non-structural repairs in line with insurer and safety standards, helping maintain efficient turnaround times without compromising workmanship.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assessing vehicle damage and repair requirements
  • Removing and refitting panels and components
  • Completing repairs to industry-standard finish quality
  • Working to efficiency and safety KPIs
  • Collaborating with your workshop team

What We’re Looking For

To qualify, you will need:

  • Trade qualifications in Vehicle Body Repair
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience
  • Experience in an insurance repair environment (highly regarded)

You’re someone who is:

  • Consistent and reliable
  • Focused on quality over shortcuts
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop
  • Interested in ongoing development, including I-CAR® aligned training pathways
